Tevik is an account through which individual services are activated and managed — AI chatbot, voice assistant, website generator, business advisor and others listed on the site. The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor any specific outcome of an AI response.
We reserve the right to change, add or discontinue individual services, giving prior notice where the change is material.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you submit to the services or play back through them, and for complying with copyright and related rights.
The services may not be used for unlawful activity, to circumvent technical protection measures, or to infringe the rights of others.
GigaPlayer is playback software. The application does not provide, resell or distribute television channels or any audio-visual content.
The application ships with no preloaded sources. The user enters their own source and bears full responsibility for holding the right to use it, including having a valid agreement with their provider.
Gigalan Sofia EOOD is not responsible for content accessed through a user-supplied source, nor for the lawfulness of that source.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may restrict or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, abuse, or a legal obligation. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.
Services are used against a prepaid balance. Prices are shown in your account before activation. Amounts paid are consumed according to actual usage at the tariff applicable at the time of use.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.
These limitations do not affect your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian law where it provides a more favourable regime.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
