This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have. It applies to the tevik.ai website, all services available through it, and the mobile and television applications we publish.

What data we collect

When you create an account: email address and password. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be read by us.

When you use the services: technical data such as IP address, browser or device type, date and time of access. This data is needed to operate the service and protect it from abuse.

When you pay: payment data is processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

Content you submit: text, questions and files you send to the AI services in order to receive a response.

What we do NOT collect

Our television and mobile applications do not collect or transmit to us:

your television provider credentials — these are stored only on the device itself
your viewing history
the content you watch

Why we process data

to provide the service you signed up for (basis: performance of a contract)
to maintain security and prevent abuse (basis: legitimate interest)
to meet legal obligations such as accounting (basis: legal obligation)
to send you service-related messages (basis: performance of a contract). Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Artificial intelligence

Some of our services use AI models provided by third parties. When you submit text or a file to such a service, it is sent to the relevant provider in order to generate a response. We do not use your content to train models.

Who we share data with

We share data only with providers necessary to operate the service — hosting, payments, AI models, email delivery. All of them are contractually required to protect the data and use it only for the purpose it was provided.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We may disclose data to a public authority only where legally required.

How long we keep data

account data — for as long as the account exists, plus 6 months after closure
accounting records — 10 years, as required by Bulgarian law
technical logs — up to 12 months

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

receive a copy of the data we hold about you
request correction of inaccurate data
request deletion of your data
restrict processing
receive your data in a machine-readable format
object to processing based on legitimate interest
withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — for example to keep you signed in. These cannot be disabled, as the service will not work without them.

Our services are not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above. We will notify you by email of material changes.
